Refund policy


Return & Exchange Policy – Máha Atelier

We want you to love your Máha Atelier piece, and we’re here to make sure you’re happy. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

If you need to return an item, please make sure it’s unused, in its original condition and packaging. Returns should be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order, and a proof of purchase is required.

Please note that personalised or custom-made jewellery, earrings (for hygiene reasons), gift cards, and final sale items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at hello@mahaatelier.se with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We’ll send you return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, and use a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Within Sweden: If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping. For other returns, a return shipping fee may apply.

EU and International: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.


Refund Process

Once your return is processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, or if your item arrives damaged or defective, just contact us at hello@mahaatelier.se. We’ll be happy to help, subject to stock availability.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order is damaged or incorrect, don’t worry. Just email us at hello@mahaatelier.se within 7 days of receiving your package, and include a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund at no extra cost.


Non-Returnable Items

Please note we cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry
  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
